Rinks at 6 Months

Just look at little Rinks! He recently turned 6 months.  These capture a few moments at the Gaskin household last week.  He was such a sweet baby! So easy and amazing in front of the camera! Their dog was also really great for the shoot too, so still and looking strait at the lens. : ) Lovely little boy, lovely family.

East Nashville Cottage

Tis the season for selling and buying a home! Home Under Contract- Already!?

I wanted to send a little update on the charming home I recently photographed for Crye Leike realtor, Clay Tate.  Franklin home 2226 Falcon Creek is already under contract....after only a few short days of being on the market.  Clay just informed me today through email explaining, 

" Hey I just wanted to let you know that 2226 Falcon Creek is under contract...in only 18 days!  Due in LARGE part to your ability to capture this home's charm on camera we had more showings than days on the market!  The aggressive list price and location didn't hurt either, but I am convinced your images generated more traffic than we might have had otherwise.  Thanks again!"
