Mini Session Dates

KNOXVILLE:  October 26-28th 

NASHVILLE:  November 1-3rd 

These are the only weekends I will be hosting mini-sessions; if you can't make it on these dates, I am holding regular portrait sessions during the week throughout the fall.   In order to keep the holidays calm, the last portrait session will be booked on December 1st for the year.  I want to get my clients their images, albums, prints before Christmas.

Mother-Daughter Photos

I have been wanting to take photos of my mom for a few years now.  She has always been behind the camera photographing her children and grandchildren...I just thought it was time for her to be on the other side of the lens. : )

  She is a very classy lady with a lot of quiet charm.  

She is a wonderful gardener. I hope one day I have the same green thumb!  

I took a couple of outfits along myself and asked mom to take a few of me as well.  We had fun just swapping the camera back and forth.  

Our goal was to make it to this sunflower field b/f dusk and we did...but not without hustling. The flowers seemed a bit lower than last year - but we got a few! 

Baby Photography in Franklin, TN - Charlotte's 1 Year Photos

Here are a few from Charlotte's one year session. I was really excited to meet the Coonce family for the first time.  Katherine gave me a heads up that Charlotte could be pretty serious-faced but I think we ended up getting some great smiles : ). 

And for the finale, Katherine on her own initiative painted a high chair she had this hot pink color, which I totally loved. One of my favorite parts of the session.  She took to the cake really well and loved it.  : ) Happy Birthday, Charlotte!

Youth Photography - High School

 Introducing a beautiful, precious young lady.  She is entering high school this year so it's an important time in her life and her family is big on photographs and doing them regularly.  She was so fun to work with.  I feel as though she should come with me to my other shoots and just give instructions on being a youth model. She just knew what to do! : ) Girl, you're pretty amazing! I hope this first year of high school goes incredible! 

I call this set of photos, "Smashing!"  You're smashing, darling! Simply smashing!

This wall was so cool. In a garage - would post more but trying to keep it to a minimum.  Lovely wall that brought out her eye color again - yet a totally different color. 

She asked if I could capture the skyline and I knew just the place to go. The sun was a lot brighter than I would have liked to work with but we had fun with it. It was lovely.
